How do I get access to Sharpos Mobile?

Your business admin creates user accounts for Sharpos Mobile. Once your account is ready, you can log in with the credentials provided by your admin.

Can users create their own accounts?

No. Sharpos Mobile does not support public sign-up. All user accounts are created and managed by the business admin.

Can I update POS data from the mobile app?

Sharpos Mobile is mainly for viewing information from the POS database. If data needs to be changed, it should usually be updated in the main POS system and then synced to the app.

What should I do if the data is not updating?

Check your connection, refresh the app, and sign in again if needed. If the latest POS data still does not appear, contact your admin or support with your device details and a screenshot.
